The Original Series make fantastic table wines and easy to enjoy and share. Each kit takes only 4 weeks from starting until bottling and gives you approximately 30 bottles (23 Liters) of wine.
Customizations: You can choose to forgo the oak, or change the oak types if you prefer different aromas and flavours. All of the wines are considered dry or off-dry and we can sweeten any wine to fit your taste. A wide variety of shrink caps and labels are also available to put a professional finish on your wine, or ask us about custom labels.

Reds
Cabernet Sauvignon, Chile

This gem is a solid choice if you enjoy blackberry, black cherry and oak. It is particularly enjoyable with roast beef or rack of lamb with a side of roasted pepper and potatoes. Matador Red, Chile
