Estate Series


The Estate Series are our most popular wines as they offer high quality wines at a great price. Each kit takes 6 weeks from starting until bottling, and gives you approximately 30 bottles (23 Liters) of wine.

Customizations: You can choose to forgo the oak, or change the oak types if you prefer different aromas and flavours. All of the wines are considered dry or off-dry and we can sweeten any wine to fit your taste. A wide variety of shrink caps and labels are also available to put a professional finish on your wine, or ask us about custom labels.

Reds

Amarone Style, Italy

Beautiful notes of black cherry, plum and chocolate, with a medium complexity and medium intensity. Pairs well with red meats, roast, wild game and aged cheeses. (Alc: 13.5% – Body: Full – Oak: Medium)

Cabernet Merlot, California

Dark tones of black cherry, tobacco and mint. Snack on aged cheddar or delicious sliced apples while sipping on this blend. (Alc: 13% – Body: Full – Oak: Medium)

Cabernet Sauvignon, Australia

Primary flavour of black currant, chocolate, and bay leaf with toasted notes. So good with grilled steak, beef stews and enchiladas! (Alc: 13.5% – Body: Full – Oak: Medium)

Cabernet Shiraz, Australia

Exudes vibrant aromas of blackberry, pepper, leather and toast. Enjoy this wine with meats and full-flavoured pasta dishes. (Alc: 13.5% – Body: Full – Oak: Heavy)

Carmenère, Chile

Boasts flavours of raspberry, red cherry and plum. This fruity wine has a medium acidity which goes well with grilled pork chops, enchiladas and philly cheesesteak. (Alc: 13.5% – Body: Medium – Oak: Medium)

Malbec, Argentina

A wonderful bold-ish wine gives aromas of black plum, clove and charred wood. With those delicious notes, it complements beef stew, skirt steaks and leg of lamb. (Alc: 13.5% – Body: Full – Oak: Heavy)

Merlot, California

Displays rich aromas of blackberry, fruitcake and coffee. This smooth, full-bodied wine can be enjoyed with grilled meats like steak, lamb, pork chops and hamburgers, or try it with a hearty pasta in bolognese sauce. (Alc: 13% – Body: Medium – Oak: Medium)

Montepulciano, Italy

Layers of juicy red plum and sour cherry flow beautifully with the subtle herbal oregano notes in this wine. Montepulciano boasts elegant tannins with medium-high acidity.  Bring this wine to life alongside BBQ beef brisket, shepherd’s pie, stuffed baked potatoes, wild rice, or aged cheddar. Mystic, California

Rich layers of smooth black cherry, vanilla and mocha. Try it with grilled meat at a BBQ or with sharp cheddar. (Alc: 13% – Body: Medium-Full – Oak: Medium)

Pinot Noir, Chile

This wonderful, light wine has flavours of strawberry and raspberry with vegetal character. The well-balanced acidity is perfect with spicy food or hearty meat dishes. (Alc: 13% – Body: Medium – Oak: Medium)

Primo Rosso, Italy

This is THE best seller and loved by most of our customers. The palate is rich with ripe, dark fruit flavours, subtle spice and higher acidity. It is enjoyed on its own, or with pretty much any favourite meal.(Alc: 13.5% – Body: Full – Oak: Medium)

Shiraz, Australia

A bold array of black currant, dark chocolate and rich depth. Pairs well with grilled tuna, duck, lamb loin, wild game, hamburgers and even nachos! (Alc: 13.5% – Body: Full – Oak: Medium)

Vieux Château Du Roi, France

A beautiful red with warm red fruit and touches of spice and leather notes. Lovely complement for red meats, and aged cheese. (Alc: 13% – Body: Medium-Full – Oak: Medium)

Blush

Grenache Rosé, Australia

Reveals lifted red cherry, strawberry boasts a refreshing acidity. As with mane blush wines, it is delightful with Mediterranean dishes or Asian cuisine (such as Thai). (Alc: 12% – Body: Medium – Oak: None)

Whites

Chardonnay, Australia

A lovely table wine expressing tropical fruit, ripe peach and toasted vanilla. Serve with cobb salad, pasta with chicken or cream sauces. Also delightful with mushroom risotto or poached salmon. (Alc: 13% – Body: Medium – Oak: Medium)

Gewürztraminer, Germany

Very floral aromas with tastes of peach, lychee, and honey. Try pairing it with prosciutto wraps or turkey stuffing. (Alc: 11.5% – Body: Light-Medium – Oak: None)

Pinot Grigio, Italy

Aromas of green apple, citrus, and has a refreshing crisp acidity. This favourite is particularly delicious with seafood, creamy pasta, or soft ripened cheese. (Alc: 12.5% – Body: Light-Medium – Oak: None)

Riesling, California

High, fresh acidity and beautifully paired tastes of apricot and mango. Elevate this wine by pairing it with a fruit salad, ceviche, spicy tomato sauce pasta, sushi, fresh and cream cheeses, or chocolate-dipped strawberries! (Alc: 12.5% – Body: Light-Medium – Oak: None)

Sauvignon Blanc, California

Traminer Riesling, Australia
